Gin 1.4 : The Odyssey, Batch 4

It's been a journey starting a craft distillery in a pandemic, and our first release is named in that honour. A Mediterranean flavour profile leading with lemon and rosemary is mellowed by a 3 month rest in ex-whisky French oak.
